Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategic plans to improve business performance and profitability
- Manage staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and handle guest complaints
- Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs
- Coordinate marketing initiatives to increase brand awareness and occupancy rates
- Enforce safety protocols and compliance with local regulations
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for optimal service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of hotel management experience, preferably in budget hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management software and reservation systems
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
- Proven track record in revenue management and cost optimization
- Knowledge of Batam tourism market and local regulations
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
