Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and guest services
- Recruit, train, and supervise hotel staff while maintaining high service standards
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and quality control measures
- Monitor financial performance including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Handle guest complaints and ensure exceptional service delivery across all departments
- Coordinate with industrial park management to support corporate housing and event needs
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and hygiene regulations
- Develop marketing strategies to increase occupancy and guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hotel management experience in luxury or corporate hospitality
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership and team management skills with proven staff development experience
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS) and financial software
- Ability to work in remote locations with limited amenities
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of Indonesian tourism regulations and industry standards
