Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue growth
- Manage staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and professional development
- Monitor financial performance through budget control, expense management, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and brand standards
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to maintain high-quality amenities and services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years progressive experience in hotel management with 2+ years at supervisory level
- Proven track record of operational excellence and team leadership in budget/mid-scale hotels
- Strong understanding of Indonesian hospitality market dynamics and competitive landscape
- Advanced proficiency in hotel management software (PMS) and Microsoft Office Suite
- Exceptional communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Valid hospitality certifications and relevant industry training
