We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Hotel Operation General Manager to lead our prestigious hotel unit located in the vibrant area of Gading Serpong, Tangerang. As the face of our property, you will be entrusted with the overall responsibility of hotel operations, ensuring that we deliver world-class hospitality experiences to every guest.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the daily operations of the hotel to ensure a seamless guest experience.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive revenue, profitability, and market share growth.
- Manage the hotel's budget, including P&L analysis, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and licensing regulations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to maintain high service standards and employee engagement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and community partners.
- Handle high-level guest relations and resolve complex operational issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar property size.
- Proven track record of managing P&L and driving operational efficiency.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (and local languages).
- Knowledge of hospitality software and property management systems.
- Certification in Hotel Management (CHM) or equivalent is a plus.
