Harapan Graha Niaga is a dynamic hospitality management company overseeing a diverse portfolio of premium properties, including private residences, boutique hotels, and serviced apartments in the heart of Jakarta Pusat. We specialize in delivering exceptional guest experiences through strategic Airbnb and OTA management.

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Hotel Operational Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations across our multi-property portfolio. This is a hands-on role requiring exceptional organizational skills, a deep understanding of the OTA landscape, and a passion for exceeding guest expectations. As an Operational Supervisor, you will be the driving force behind operational excellence, team coordination, and revenue optimization.

In this critical role, you will oversee housekeeping standards, maintenance schedules, and guest relations. You will manage property listings across major platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.), ensuring optimal pricing, availability, and stunning presentation. You will lead, train, and mentor the operational team to ensure every property delivers a five-star experience.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and manage property performance across multiple OTAs (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, Traveloka) to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Lead and supervise the housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services teams to ensure impeccable property standards.
  • Coordinate seamless guest check-ins, check-outs, and resolve any operational issues or guest complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate preventive maintenance and deep cleaning schedules.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to adjust dynamic pricing strategies across all properties.
  • Ensure all property listings are up-to-date with accurate descriptions, professional photography, and competitive pricing.
  • Prepare operational reports, manage inventory of supplies, and assist in budget management for the portfolio.
  • Drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction scores and online reputation management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a supervisory role managing multi-property or boutique hotels.
  • Proven track record of managing and optimizing listings on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other major OTAs.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to train and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in property management software (PMS), channel managers, and revenue management tools.
  • Hands-on approach and willingness to be directly involved in daily operational tasks.
