Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve performance targets and service excellence
  • Monitor financial performance through budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and brand standards
  • Coordinate cross-departmental projects and resolve operational challenges proactively
  • Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for operational services
  • Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum 5+ years in hotel operations with 2+ years in managerial role
  • Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel environments
  • Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
  • Expertise in P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost control
  • Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
