Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations across all departments including front desk, housekeeping, F&B, and maintenance
- Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency
- Lead, mentor, and motivate department heads to achieve performance targets and service excellence
- Monitor financial performance through budget management, cost control, and revenue optimization
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations and brand standards
- Coordinate cross-departmental projects and resolve operational challenges proactively
- Manage vendor relationships and contract negotiations for operational services
- Analyze operational metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 5+ years in hotel operations with 2+ years in managerial role
- Proven track record in luxury or boutique hotel environments
- Strong leadership skills with ability to develop high-performing teams
- Expertise in P&L management, budget forecasting, and cost control
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management abilities
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (Opera, Amadeus) and Microsoft Office
- Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills
