Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B services
- Develop and implement operational policies to enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction
- Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations across all departments
- Monitor financial performance through budget analysis and cost-control measures
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality service delivery
- Handle guest complaints and implement solutions to improve service quality
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain property standards and safety compliance
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum 5 years of hotel operations experience with 2+ years in management
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Proficiency in PMS systems and hotel management software
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Knowledge of local tourism industry and market trends
- Certification in hospitality management preferred
- Fluency in English and Filipino
