Tanggung Jawab
- Direct and coordinate daily hotel operations across all departments to ensure consistent service quality.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a large team of employees, conducting regular training and performance reviews.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures, aligning with brand standards and local regulations.
- Manage operational budgets, control costs, and identify opportunities for revenue enhancement.
- Monitor guest satisfaction metrics, resolve issues promptly, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards, conducting routine audits.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop packages, promotions, and events that attract and retain guests.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in hotel operations or a supervisory/managerial role.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Strong understanding of hotel management systems, frontâoffice, and housekeeping operations.
- Excellent communication, problemâsolving, and decisionâmaking abilities.
- Financial acumen for budgeting, cost control, and profit analysis.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Filipino/Visayan languages is a plus.
