Tanggung Jawab
- Provide overall strategic leadership to ensure the hotel meets its financial, operational, and service quality goals.
- Manage the full spectrum of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, and facilities management.
- Develop and implement operational policies that drive efficiency while maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction.
- Analyze financial reports, budget performance, and P&L statements to optimize profitability and cost control.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders, investors, and local partners, utilizing fluent Mandarin communication skills.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team to foster a culture of excellence and high retention.
- Oversee marketing initiatives and brand positioning to ensure maximum market penetration.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in senior hospitality management roles, preferably as a General Manager or Hotel CEO.
- Full professional proficiency in Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking is mandatory for this role).
- Demonstrated success in managing high-end, large-scale hotel operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and public relations skills.
