Tanggung Jawab

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, handling check-in and check-out procedures efficiently.
  • Respond promptly and courteously to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage hotel reservations, process payments, and maintain accurate guest records.
  • Coordinate closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the lobby, front desk, and common hotel areas.
  • Provide guests with information about hotel services, local attractions, and transportation options.
  • Handle guest luggage and other personal belongings with care, assisting as needed.
  • Resolve minor guest issues and escalate complex problems to management when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree or certificate in Hospitality Management is a plus.
  • Proven experience in a customer service or hospitality role, preferably within a hotel setting. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, professional, and positive demeanor.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as required.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn hotel management software.
