Tanggung Jawab
- Handle inbound calls and emails from guests to assist with hotel reservations and inquiries.
- Provide detailed information on room types, rates, amenities, and hotel policies.
- Process bookings, modifications, and cancellations accurately.
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and empathy.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to upsell and cross-sell services.
- Document all interactions in the reservation system.
- Collaborate with hotel partners to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics including call quality and customer satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree is an advantage.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience (call center or hospitality preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer proficiency and willingness to learn reservation software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
