- Convert warm, high-intent leads into confirmed hotel bookings through persuasive communication
- Handle inbound/outbound inquiries regarding room availability, rates, and property amenities
- Upsell premium packages, add-ons, and special offers to maximize revenue per booking
- Maintain accurate reservation records in booking systems while ensuring data integrity
- Collaborate with hotel operations teams to ensure seamless guest arrival experiences
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and conversion KPIs
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through post-booking follow-ups
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of sales experience in hospitality, travel, or customer service
- Proven track record in lead conversion and upselling techniques
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset
- Proficiency in reservation systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and CRM platforms
