Tanggung Jawab

  • Handle inbound calls and inquiries regarding hotel reservations and booking adjustments.
  • Provide accurate information about property amenities, rates, and local attractions to potential guests.
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving issues with patience and professionalism.
  • Navigate multiple software platforms efficiently to process bookings and update guest records.
  • Collaborate with team members and report to your Team Leader to meet daily performance KPIs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and hospitality industry standards.
  • Maintain professional communication standards at all times to uphold the brand's reputation.

Kualifikasi

  • Open to high school graduates or college undergraduates/graduates with no prior BPO experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • Strong computer navigation skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
  • Flexibility to work in shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays.
  • Positive attitude and a strong willingness to learn new systems and processes.
