Tanggung Jawab
- Handle incoming inquiries and process hotel reservations for clients
- Provide accurate information about accommodation options, amenities, and pricing
- Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, and special requests
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and reservations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Meet and exceed performance metrics related to call quality and resolution times
- Continuously update product knowledge about hotel partners and services
- Identify opportunities to upsell additional services or room upgrades
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or equivalent (college students are welcome to apply)
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
- Strong customer service orientation with a helpful attitude
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly
- Pleasant phone demeanor and professional communication style
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively

- Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings and weekends if needed
