Tanggung Jawab
- Manage hotel reservation requests via email, phone, and online booking platforms.
- Provide expert recommendations on accommodations and tour packages tailored to guest preferences.
- Coordinate with local hotels and travel partners to ensure booking accuracy and guest satisfaction.
- Handle booking inquiries, modifications, and cancellations with high professional standards.
- Maintain detailed records of bookings and prepare daily reporting for management.
- Assist in promoting internal tour products and special promotional offers to guests.
- Resolve any booking discrepancies promptly to ensure a smooth travel experience.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Tourism or Hospitality is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office, Email, and Booking Systems).
- A proactive attitude with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in hospitality, travel agencies, or customer service is a significant advantage.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work on weekends or holidays if required.
