Sumi Hotel is seeking a data-driven and analytical Hotel Revenue Analyst to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will play a critical part in maximizing our hotel's profitability by analyzing market trends, monitoring competitor pricing, and optimizing room inventory management.
The ideal candidate will possess a sharp eye for detail, deep knowledge of hospitality industry benchmarks, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable business strategies. You will work closely with the management team to forecast demand, set competitive pricing strategies, and ensure the hotel maintains a strong market position while delivering excellent guest experiences.

Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze daily, weekly, and monthly revenue performance metrics and prepare comprehensive reports for management.
- Monitor competitor pricing and market positioning to adjust room rates dynamically.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop effective promotions and distribution strategies.
- Maintain and update rate parity across all Online Travel Agencies (OTAs) and direct booking channels.
- Conduct demand forecasting to optimize room inventory and maximize occupancy levels.
- Identify revenue-generating opportunities and provide recommendations based on historical data and future market trends.
- Manage and monitor hotel channel manager software to ensure accurate inventory distribution.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hotel revenue management, front office operations, or data analysis.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).
- Deep understanding of OTA platforms, channel management, and yield management principles.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- High attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
