Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing bathrooms to ensure a pristine environment.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish amenities (e.g., toiletries, towels) to ensure a welcoming and comfortable guest experience.
- Inspect rooms and public areas for maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards, and report them promptly to the supervisor.
- Maintain the cleanliness of corridors, laundry facilities, and other common areas within the hotel.
- Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
- Respond efficiently to guest requests and ensure all feedback is addressed with professionalism.
- Manage and organize cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is preferred but not strictly required; training will be provided.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks, including lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Good communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Basic proficiency in English is an asset.
