We are seeking a dynamic and organized Hotel Sales and Reservation Coordinator to join our growing team in Ortigas, Pasig City. Tanggung Jawab
- Process and confirm hotel reservations and sales inquiries promptly and accurately to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and travel partners.
- Manage hotel inventory and pricing strategies to optimize occupancy rates and maximize revenue.
- Respond to incoming emails, calls, and inquiries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner.
- Prepare and review contracts, invoices, and credit applications for new accounts.
- Maintain and update the company’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data.
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events, group bookings, and corporate functions.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in hospitality sales, reservations, or customer service is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven, and high-pressure environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Sabre, or similar).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Philippine tourism trends and local travel regulations is a plus.
