Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to increase hotel room occupancy and event bookings.
- Proactively identify and prospect new corporate accounts and partnerships within the Pasig City business district.
- Conduct site tours for potential clients, showcasing the unique amenities and services our boutique hotel offers.
- Manage inquiries, provide quotes, and follow up with leads to ensure high conversion rates.
- Collaborate with the front office and marketing teams to ensure a seamless guest experience and brand consistency.
- Maintain an accurate database of leads, bookings, and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust sales tactics effectively.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or front office operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanor.
- Strong negotiation skills and a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
