Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively drive room sales, wedding packages, and event bookings through targeted outreach and relationship building
- Manage end-to-end reservation processes ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional guest experiences
- Develop and maintain corporate partnerships with travel agencies, event planners, and local businesses
- Coordinate between sales, events, and operations teams to deliver seamless execution of weddings and events
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new revenue opportunities
- Prepare sales reports and performance metrics to track progress against revenue goals
- Assist in developing promotional materials and seasonal campaigns to attract diverse customer segments
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in hospitality sales, event coordination, or related customer-facing role
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Proficiency in reservation systems and sales management software
- Knowledge of local tourism market, wedding trends, and event planning best practices
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail

- Relevant degree or diploma in hospitality management, business, or related field preferred
