As a Hotel Sales Executive, you will leverage your exceptional communication and negotiation skills to present our hotel's unique offerings and amenities to potential clients. Your outbound sales strategies will focus on expanding our market reach while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business. You will analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and adjust your sales approach accordingly.
This position offers a competitive salary package of ₱25,000 – ₱30,000 per month, along with the chance to grow your career in one of Manila's most prestigious recruitment firms. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve hotel revenue targets
- Identify and prospect new corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business
- Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable bookings
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless client experiences
- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales or hospitality industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong knowledge of hotel industry trends and market dynamics
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales management tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English and Filipino; additional languages are a plus
