Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase hotel room occupancy and revenue.
- Identify and prospect new corporate, travel agency, and wholesale clients.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct professional site inspections and property presentations for prospective clients.
- Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and monthly activity reports for management.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with property promotions.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to represent Raditya Holdings in the local and regional market.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hotel sales, reservations, or a related hospitality field.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using hotel management systems or CRM software.
- A proactive mindset with a strong drive for revenue generation.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Bali.
