Tanggung Jawab
- Welcome and register guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure total satisfaction.
- Manage room reservations, check-ins, and check-outs using the hotel property management system.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments to ensure rooms meet cleanliness and quality standards.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front office/reception area at all times.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining, and transportation options to guests.
- Assist in general administrative tasks and support other hotel departments as needed.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in hotel operations, front desk, or customer service roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented personality.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with computers and hotel management software.
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
