Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage daily front-desk operations including guest check-in and check-out procedures.
  • Oversee Online Travel Agency (OTA) platforms to ensure real-time inventory and pricing accuracy.
  • Handle booking inquiries, reservations, and guest communications via email, phone, and messaging apps.
  • Implement marketing initiatives to boost property visibility and attract new guests.
  • Monitor and respond to guest reviews to maintain high satisfaction scores.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards.
  • Generate periodic reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback for management.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism is a plus.
  • Previous experience in hotel operations or customer service is highly preferred.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems, booking software, and OTA extranets.
  • Strong communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive attitude with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
