Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order in all dining areas, restaurants, and public spaces at Aston Tropicana
- Ass guests with seating and provide menus with detailed information about our culinary offerings
- Serve food and beverages according to established Aston Hotels service standards
- Clear tables promptly after guests finish dining to ensure smooth turnover
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during peak hours
- Report any maintenance issues or guest concerns to the F&B management team
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and Aston Hotels policies
- Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for different service periods and special events
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in hotel or restaurant service preferred, especially in upscale establishments
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, especially during busy meal periods
- Good physical stamina for standing and walking for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards specific to hotel operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse guests and colleagues
- Ability to work well as part of a team in a high-service environment
