SB Plus Sdn Bhd is looking for a motivated Hotel Supervisor to lead our dynamic team in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. In this role, you will oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring seamless service delivery across all departments while maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction.
You’ll be the on‑ground champion for operational excellence, coordinating with front‑desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance teams. Your leadership will inspire staff, resolve guest concerns promptly, and drive continuous improvements that elevate the guest experience.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day‑to‑day hotel operations, including check‑in/out, housekeeping, and maintenance schedules.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of front‑line staff to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
- Monitor guest satisfaction, handle complaints, and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Enforce health, safety, and cleanliness standards in compliance with local regulations.
- Coordinate inter‑departmental communication to resolve issues and optimize workflow.
- Track and manage inventory, supplies, and operational budgets.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a hotel or hospitality supervisory role.
- Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia; additional languages a plus.
- Proven leadership and team‑management abilities.
- Excellent problem‑solving and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Familiarity with hotel management software (PMS) is advantageous.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
