Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise front desk operations and ensure efficient check-in/check-out processes
- Manage and train front office staff to deliver exceptional guest service
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism
- Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security departments
- Monitor daily operations and implement service improvement initiatives
- Oversee room inventory management and rate optimization
- Prepare performance reports and conduct staff evaluations
- Ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in hotel management systems (PMS)
- Fluency in English; Bahasa Indonesia proficiency preferred
- Knowledge of local tourism attractions and services
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Relevant hospitality certification or degree preferred
