Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure all departments are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor staff performance and provide coaching to maintain high service standards.
- Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally to ensure maximum satisfaction.
- Conduct regular room inspections to guarantee cleanliness and quality standards are met.
- Coordinate with front office, housekeeping, and maintenance teams to optimize workflows.
- Prepare daily reports on operational performance and revenue tracking.
- Ensure compliance with hotel safety and health protocols at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel operations or guest services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanor under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Proficiency in Hotel Management Systems (HMS) and basic office software.
- Strong understanding of hospitality industry trends and customer service best practices.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
