Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily hotel operations, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments
- Manage and train front desk staff, housekeeping team, and other hospitality personnel
- Handle guest complaints and inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Monitor and maintain high standards of cleanliness and service quality throughout the hotel
- Coordinate with maintenance, housekeeping, and food service departments
- Assist in implementing hotel policies and procedures
- Conduct regular staff meetings and performance evaluations
- Assist in inventory management and budget control
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Knowledge of hotel operations and industry standards
- Proficiency in hotel management software and basic computer applications
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
