- Provide professional transportation services to hotel guests in a timely and courteous manner
- Assist guests with luggage and ensure comfortable transportation to their destinations
- Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of all assigned vehicles
- Coordinate with hotel concierge and front desk staff to meet guest transportation needs
- Keep detailed records of transportation services and guest requests
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance team
- Represent Enterprise Car Lease Philippines, Inc with professionalism and excellent customer service
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Excellent spoken English communication skills for effective guest interactions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or transportation is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with diverse clientele
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and courteous demeanor
- Knowledge of Makati City and surrounding areas is advantageous
