As a key member of our hospitality team, you will work closely with the culinary staff to prepare meals according to detailed recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare ingredients and cook meals accurately according to recipes and Chef's instructions.
- Maintain a clean, tidy, and organized kitchen workspace at all times.
- Assist in daily kitchen operations and food preparation schedules.
- Ensure strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for food handling and service.
- Monitor ingredient levels and report any stock shortages to the supervisor.
- Handle kitchen equipment safely and ensure it is properly cleaned and stored.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (SMK/SMA) is preferred.
- Previous experience in food preparation or F&B service is a plus.
- Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
