Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement community outreach strategies to increase awareness of House and Family Rooms programs
- Coordinate with internal staff and external partners to ensure program alignment and effectiveness
- Organize and lead community engagement events, workshops, and informational sessions
- Monitor program metrics and prepare progress reports for stakeholders
- Build and maintain relationships with local community leaders and organizations
- Support program evaluation initiatives to identify improvement opportunities
- Assist in training volunteers and community ambassadors on program services
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Community Development, Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in program coordination or community outreach roles
- Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills
- Proven ability to organize community events and manage stakeholder relationships
- Experience working with NGOs or community-focused organizations preferred
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Knowledge of Jakarta's community landscape and cultural dynamics
