Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure meticulous cleanliness and maintenance of guest rooms and public areas
- Assist guests with check-in/check-out procedures and special requests
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams for efficient operations

- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and amenities
