We are seeking an experienced Housekeeper to join our luxury household team in Kuala Lumpur. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the home, managing daily cleaning routines, and providing discreet support to family members. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work independently while maintaining the utmost confidentiality.
This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their work and understands the importance of maintaining a harmonious household environment. You will be expected to handle various household tasks efficiently, from laundry and ironing to deep cleaning and organization. The position also requires flexibility to support family travel arrangements, ensuring the home is always in perfect condition.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all living areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and common spaces
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface disinfection
- Manage laundry services including washing, drying, ironing, and proper storage of clothing
- Stock household supplies and ensure all amenities are well-maintained
- Prepare rooms for family members and guests, including making beds and arranging amenities
- Assist with meal preparation and kitchen maintenance as needed
- Coordinate with other household staff to ensure seamless operations
- Support family travel arrangements by preparing the home for absences and returns
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or domestic service, preferably in a luxury household setting
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong work ethic with the ability to manage tasks independently
- Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Good communication skills in English and/or Malay
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Valid work permit for Malaysia (if applicable)
- Flexible working hours including weekends and holidays as required
