Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, private suites, and common areas, including bathrooms and kitchens.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and ensure all amenities are stocked and neatly arranged.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, ironing, and folding of staff and guest linens.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and safety protocols at all times.
- Report any maintenance issues or broken furniture to the management immediately.
- Organize and store cleaning supplies efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or cleaning services is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills are a plus.
