Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, hallways, lobbies, and restrooms on a daily basis.
- Dust furniture, polish surfaces, and vacuum carpets to ensure a pristine appearance.
- Replace linens, towels, and amenities in guest rooms to maintain high comfort standards.
- Empty trash bins and dispose of waste in accordance with waste management guidelines.
- Restock cleaning supplies and toiletries to ensure the facility is always fully equipped.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the facility manager immediately.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with visitors and staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial services is preferred.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and lift light objects for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow specific cleaning instructions.
- Excellent time management skills to meet daily cleaning schedules.
- Reliable, honest, and trustworthy with a proven track record of punctuality.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
