ExcelSure Marketing Corporation is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our growing team in Siruma, Camarines Sur. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas including guest rooms, offices, and common facilities.
- Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, and polish surfaces to ensure a spotless environment.
- Change linens, make beds, and replace towels and toiletries as required.
- Dispose of trash and recyclables properly following sanitation protocols.
- Monitor and report any needed repairs or safety hazards to the management.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and submit requests when stocks are low.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior housekeeping or janitorial experience is an advantage but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Good physical condition to perform repetitive tasks and lift up to 15 kg.
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company standards.
- Residents of Siruma, Camarines Sur and nearby areas are highly encouraged to apply.

- Perform general cleaning duties such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas.
- Ensure guest rooms, offices, and common areas are maintained in a pristine condition.
- Change bed linens, make beds, and replenish room supplies and amenities.
- Empty trash bins, dispose of waste properly, and maintain cleanliness of waste storage areas.
- Inspect and report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor.
- Monitor housekeeping supplies inventory and restock cleaning carts and storage closets as needed.
- Follow established procedures for handling, mixing, and storing cleaning chemicals safely.
- Accommodate special requests from guests and management promptly and professionally.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational attainment.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, janitorial services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering high-quality cleaning results.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks within schedules.
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Honest, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Basic verbal communication skills in Filipino or English.
