Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms, suites, and common areas
- Perform detailed room cleaning including changing linens, making beds, and sanitizing surfaces
- Manage inventory of amenities, supplies, and cleaning materials
- Report maintenance issues and guest concerns promptly to management
- Adhere strictly to resort hygiene standards and safety protocols
- Coordinate with housekeeping team for efficient room turnover
- Assist with deep cleaning projects and seasonal maintenance tasks
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently independently and collaboratively
- Good physical stamina and ability to lift up to 20kg
- Strong communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Customer service-oriented mindset with professional demeanor
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts
