Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all restaurant areas including dining rooms, kitchen, restrooms, and common areas
- Ensure proper sanitation and hygiene standards are met in all areas at all times
- Manage and replenish cleaning supplies and materials efficiently
- Follow proper waste disposal procedures and maintain recycling programs
- Coordinate with kitchen and service staff to ensure timely cleaning during peak hours
- Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies
- Perform deep cleaning tasks as scheduled by management
Kualifikasi
- Previous experience in housekeeping or similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Good physical stamina and ability to stand for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
