Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of guest rooms and common areas according to European hospitality standards
- Perform thorough cleaning tasks including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and bathroom sanitation
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring rooms are fully stocked with necessary amenities
- Report maintenance issues and damaged items to the appropriate department
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and restock as needed
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols established by the company
- Provide excellent customer service to guests when interacting during room cleaning or other duties
- Collaborate effectively with other team members to ensure seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred but not required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting and moving furniture
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and apply European hospitality standards
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
