Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas
- Perform daily cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Change linens, make beds, and ensure all guest rooms are refreshed to hotel standards
- Wash, dry, and iron all villa linens and guest laundry as required
- Restock supplies including toiletries, towels, and amenities in all rooms
- Report maintenance issues or safety concerns to villa management promptly
- Adhere to strict cleaning schedules and quality control protocols
- Manage cleaning supplies and equipment efficiently
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks
- Trustworthy and reliable with strong work ethic
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends
