As a vital member of our facility maintenance crew, you'll ensure a pristine, hygienic, and welcoming environment for our fitness community. Your responsibilities will encompass comprehensive cleaning of all high-traffic areas including gym floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces. You'll play a crucial role in member satisfaction by maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and orderliness. Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and order of all facility areas including gym floors, locker rooms, restrooms, and common spaces
- Perform daily disinfection of fitness equipment and high-touch surfaces
- Manage waste disposal and recycling protocols throughout the facility
- Restock cleaning supplies and amenities in restrooms and common areas
- Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance issues or safety hazards
- Adhere to established cleaning schedules and hygiene standards
- Coordinate with management for deep cleaning projects and special events
Kualifikasi
- Prior experience in housekeeping or facility maintenance preferred
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina to perform standing, bending, and lifting tasks
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Reliable and punctual with consistent work ethic
- Customer service mindset with positive attitude
