Your role will be vital in upholding our reputation for excellence in Bali's competitive hospitality landscape.
As a Housekeeper, you'll maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout all villa areas, from private bedrooms to shared living spaces. You'll work closely with our team to prepare villas for new arrivals, restock amenities, and implement efficient cleaning protocols. This position offers the unique opportunity to work in Bali's premier tourist destination while contributing to guest satisfaction through your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of all villa areas including bedrooms, bathrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas
- Change bed linens and towels daily, ensuring freshness and quality standards
- Restock guest supplies including toiletries, minibar items, and amenities
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or safety concerns to management promptly
- Follow villa-specific cleaning protocols and health safety regulations
- Assist with laundry operations including washing, drying, and pressing
- Collaborate with other staff to ensure seamless guest transitions
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishments as needed
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping experience in hospitality, hotel, or villa environment preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness standards
- Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
- Physical stamina to perform tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and proper usage techniques
- Strong communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Customer service oriented with friendly and approachable demeanor
- Reliable and punctual with strong work ethic
