Tanggung Jawab
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure a pristine environment.
- Ensure strict sanitization of all surfaces, furniture, fixtures, and restrooms.
- Make beds, change linens, and replenish amenities to meet guest expectations.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish floors and furniture efficiently and thoroughly.
- Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, or broken amenities to the supervisor immediately.
- Organize and restock cleaning supplies and amenities in designated areas.
- Maintain a high level of confidentiality and respect for guest privacy at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not strictly required.
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize cleaning tasks effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts as required.
