Homesuite Hotels Sdn Bhd is looking for a meticulous and service-oriented Housekeeper / Room Attendant to join its growing team in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This role involves ensuring all guest rooms and public areas are meticulously cleaned and presented to the highest hotel standards, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment for all guests.
As a Housekeeper / Room Attendant, you will perform daily cleaning tasks, replenish guest amenities, report maintenance issues, and work closely with the housekeeping team to deliver an exceptional guest experience. Your dedication to cleanliness and attention to detail will directly contribute to guest satisfaction and the hotel's reputation.

Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms, bathrooms, and public areas according to hotel standards
- Replace linens, towels, and guest supplies in a timely manner
- Inspect rooms for cleanliness and report any damages or malfunctions
- Respond promptly to guest requests and provide courteous service
- Handle waste disposal and recycling according to procedures
- Ensure cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored
- Adhere to health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily housekeeping goals
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is an advantage, but fresh applicants are welcome
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit to handle lifting, bending, and standing for long periods
- Willingness to work on weekends, public holidays, and shifting schedules
- Positive attitude and a commitment to service excellence
- High school diploma or equivalent
