In this role, you will be the backbone of our luxury spa operations, ensuring that every guest experiences the highest standard of cleanliness and comfort.

Tanggung Jawab
- Perform daily deep cleaning and maintenance of all spa rooms, treatment areas, and common areas.
- Ensure all linen, towels, and robes are laundered, sanitized, and neatly stocked to brand standards.
- Manage the replenishment of spa amenities and cleaning supplies inventory.
- Maintain a tidy and organized workspace, ensuring all equipment is sanitized between client sessions.
- Monitor and report any facility maintenance issues or safety hazards to management immediately.
- Assist in setting up treatment rooms with candles, aromatherapy, and specific spa materials.
- Uphold strict hygiene protocols and safety regulations throughout the spa premises.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Housekeeper, preferably within the hospitality, hotel, or spa industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of personal cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to handle routine cleaning duties in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a cohesive team.
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset.
- Flexible availability to work in a spa setting (including rotating shifts or weekends if required).
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals and occupational health and safety practices.
