Tanggung Jawab

  • Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
  • Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for quality and safety compliance.
  • Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
  • Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, placing orders as needed.
  • Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
  • Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
  • Prepare reports on room status, staff performance, and maintenance issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is a plus.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
