This full-time position offers a competitive salary of RM 2,000 – RM 2,200 per month, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for quality and safety compliance.
- Train, mentor, and schedule housekeeping staff to optimize performance and efficiency.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies, linens, and amenities, placing orders as needed.
- Respond to guest requests and complaints promptly, ensuring satisfaction.
- Implement and enforce health, safety, and sanitation procedures.
- Prepare reports on room status, staff performance, and maintenance issues.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of housekeeping experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, supplies, and equipment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; certification in hospitality is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage a team and prioritize tasks effectively.
