Tanggung Jawab
- Maintain impeccable cleanliness and sanitation of villa interiors and outdoor areas
- Perform daily housekeeping duties including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization
- Manage laundry services including washing, ironing, and proper storage of linens
- Restock guest amenities and villa supplies according to established protocols
- Assist with event preparation and special guest arrangements as needed
- Report maintenance issues or property concerns to management promptly
- Adhere to safety and hygiene standards at all times
Kualifikasi
- Previous housekeeping or hospitality experience preferred
- Exceptional attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks and stand for extended periods
- Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia
- Willingness to undergo training on villa-specific procedures
