Tanggung Jawab
- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, corridors, and public areas according to strict hygiene and safety standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and ensure bathrooms are spotless.
- Manage and organize housekeeping carts, linens, and amenities efficiently.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or missing items to the supervisor immediately.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks and assist in special event preparations as required.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and dress code standards.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
- Previous experience in housekeeping or hospitality is a plus.
- Ability to stand, walk, and exert physical effort for extended periods.
- Basic knowledge of cleaning chemicals, equipment, and procedures.
- Strong attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
