Tanggung Jawab
- Perform thorough and detailed cleaning of guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to meet strict company standards.
- Change bed linens, make beds to hotel standards, and replenish toiletries and amenities for guests.
- Report any maintenance issues, damages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately for prompt resolution.
- Follow strict health, safety, and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
- Organize and store cleaning equipment, chemicals, and supplies efficiently to maximize workspace safety.
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed within the scheduled timeframe to maintain operational flow.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with other staff members and guests.
Kualifikasi
- Ability to stand, walk, and move around for extended periods throughout the shift.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of personal hygiene.
- Previous experience in housekeeping, hospitality, or a similar cleaning role is preferred but not strictly required.
- Basic communication skills in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, holidays, and early mornings.
- Physically fit and able to lift moderate loads when necessary.
